I had a fantastic stay at this property in Ajax! the place was so quiet and clean, and had everything we needed. Helen, the landlord, was amazing - she was really accommodating and respected our privacy. I felt right at home here and would definitely choose to stay here again if I need a place in the area. Even though it's a basement apartment, it doesn't feel like one at all. Cons: There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay! 😊.

We had a pleasant stay at this property, as it was very quiet and clean. the landlord, Helen, was accommodating and respectful of our privacy. the location was convenient and had everything we needed. Even though it was a basement, it didn't feel like one at all.
The TV system was different and lacked some basic channels, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The property was unbelievably quiet and super clean. It had everything we needed, including wi-fi, free parking, and an electric kettle. The cookware and kitchen utensils were top-notch, and the air conditioning kept us cool all day. The flat-screen TV was a bonus, and we loved that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. Helen, the landlord, was incredibly accommodating and respected our privacy. Even though it was a basement, it didn't feel like one at all. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely be coming back!
